Ameriflo2 sells products and parts associated with regulated gas distribution but we do not sell the regulated gases that require prescriptions to distribute.
What warranty does Ameriflo2 offer?
Orders can be cancelled provided they have not yet shipped. If an order has shipped, the order may still be cancelled but the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and re-stocking charges associated with the return. Custom-made products that have commenced production may not be cancelled.
All products are shipped with insurance, so if your product arrives damaged, please email [email protected] or call 317-844-2019. A member of our sales team will collect the necessary information to file an insurance claim and assist you with your replacement order.

If an item is out of stock, Ameriflo2 will contact you to offer options to cancel the order or wait for the product to become available.
Ameriflo2 offers a warranty period of 2 years for standard valves. Custom-made product warranties, including those with logos, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returned items must be unused and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipments are Monday – Thursday, excluding national holidays. Since products are made to order, products may require several weeks to manufacture. Please contact us for estimated completion dates.
Ameriflo2 primarily ships via UPS ground service or LTL when appropriate, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Expedited shipping methods are available upon request.
