Terms and Conditions of Sale
Sale Terms
All sales and purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accounts that are overdue will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Such accounts may also be referred to collections, with additional collection fees applied to the outstanding balance.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept VISA and MasterCard. Personal checks are not accepted. We thoroughly verify transactions and reserve the right to withhold shipment until the legitimacy of any credit card purchase is confirmed or to reject suspicious transactions. Business checks are accepted for domestic orders only, with shipment held until banking information is verified. Wire transfers are also accepted, subject to a $40 bank processing fee added to your invoice.
Shipping Policy
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect goods immediately upon receipt for any shipping damages. Any suspected damage must be noted with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Documentation and reporting of damages to Ameriflo2 must be completed within five days, and all packing materials and evidence of damage should be preserved. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of warranty claim rights.
